Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Ledlenser NZ will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included and/or contact details and order number.

How to return

Click here to log into your account using your email. If you didn’t set up a password, don’t worry! Simply enter the email you used to place your order, and we’ll send you a unique code to log in. Once logged in, find the order containing the product you'd like to return, then complete our online exchange/return form.

Please note: returns MUST be sent via courier. Due to a change in NZ Post processes, any returns sent to our address via their standard tracked service will be returned to sender. Upgrading to a courier service is required.

What is not covered?

  • Customised or engraved items are not subject to return or exchange.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
